Actress and entrepreneur Eva Mendes is bringing us high quality makeup at an affordable price. After seeing a need in the market for luxury yet affordable products, Mendes decided to launch Circa Beauty in 2015. "Growing up, I was from a very lower-middle class family, and I really got all my makeup and products from drugstores. But the quality of the products just wasn't there," Mendes stated in an interview. The line carries a variety of products for women of all backgrounds, ranging from $8 - $15.
